There is no official "Service Pack 2" (SP2) for Windows 7. Windows 7 only had one official service pack, which is Service Pack 1 (SP1). If Windows 7 can't install the drivers for this printer through the Windows Update, then I recommend to manually download and install each of the drivers (printer and scanner) from the following website. I've checked on Samsung Support and it appears there are drivers available for this device.
